IRLO is built on one idea: eLearning content should be reusable and repurposable, not rebuilt every time it needs to move.

The problem

Authoring tools produce content in their own formats. That is convenient while you stay inside one tool and expensive the moment you need to leave it. Organisations end up rebuilding courses they already own, because the content cannot travel.

The approach

IRLO is more than one thing. There are products that convert and edit content. There are also books, courses, tools, tips, schemas, and integrations, all supporting the same goal: getting more life out of the content you have already built.
